1. How long will it take for my item(s) to be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 business days to process, fulfill, and ship out your order after it’s placed. Once you’ve received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start updating.
2. I need to start a return, what do I do?
You have 7 days once your items are delivered to email (do not DM)hello@shoprose-lane.comto get your return approved before sending any unused items back. We only accept returns for store credit. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping fees. If a returned item is found to be used/damaged when returned, your store credit will be rendered void.
3. Can I exchange an item?
Due to limited inventory, unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges. However, you may request a return and get store credit that can be used on other items in our shop. Store credit can be used at any time and will not expire.
